Sarah Frost hasn't been the same since she lost the Women's European championship to Destiny Michaels a few weeks back. Now it was time she stepped up her game, cause on Ward, she will be facing Alexis Miller and the winner gets a shot at the AWS Legacy Championship. The scene opens up in a lightly dim room. As the lights turn on, we see Sarah Frost sitting in a chair, with a serious look on her face. She stares deeply into the camera, as she speaks. Sarah Frost: It sucks not winning the Women's European title a few weeks back. I have fought hard all my career, and to have it come crashing down by someone who thinks both of my parents are dead, which they are not, only my mom. She took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down a little bit. Sarah Frost: Now is the time I need to redeem myself on Ward this week against Alexis Miller, cause if I beat Alexis, I will be facing the AWS Legacy Champion in the future, and a title is what I need to get my hands on soon. Sarah gave a little smirk, as she kept speaking. Sarah Frost: Alexis, don't let my loss a few weeks back make me weak, cause I never was weak. Sure I've won some and lost a whole lot, but I have never given up on my dream. Sarah nods her head, still smirking. Sarah Frost: You will NEVER hear me complain about losing any match I am in, cause I know when I do lose, there's ALWAYS room for improvement, and I can still get back on the winning track to fight for a title in the future. I already said it sucks losing the ladder match a few weeks back, and not people will say that Sarah Frost doesn't deserve to be in this match. She paused for a moment, then she kept speaking. Sarah Frost: WELL I DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHAT ANYONE THINKS. She gets a serious look, not caring about what her haters think. Sarah Frost: I get I am walking into this match as "weak link" like a few people can say. I really had wished that ladder match was barbwire, cause then I know I would have gotten the job done, but it is what it is, and now I look to the future. Alexis, get ready to side of Sarah Frost no one has seen. I am going to be more dangerous, and every hater I have will see just why I do want to win. It was time for Sarah Frost to get another title run, as she will be competing for the WXW Women's European Championship against both Destiny Michaels and Roxanne. She knows at Anarchy it will not be a easy task, but she was going to do whatever it takes to win. The scene opens up at a graveyard. We see Sarah Frost walk through the graveyard with flowers in her hand. She sighs a little, as she finds her mom's grave, as she kneels down, and puts the flowers on it. Sarah takes a deep breath, trying to not cry. Sarah Frost: Hey mom. I know your looking down at me right now. I know your proud of me, but I feel like I have let you down. Yes I have a great job as a wrestler, and I should be champion right now, but my record isn't as good as what I want it to be. Sarah was keep working hard to get where she wanted to be. She still has titles she wants to win, and doing it for her family is what she cares about the most. Sarah Frost: I did get a win over Destiny Michaels a few weeks back. so that's a start to getting myself back on the winning track again. She smiles a little bit, then she kept speaking. Sarah Frost: Well now it's going to be Anarchy, and I have a triple threat match for the WXW Women's European championship. I am going to make you proud by giving it my all, and walk out the champion. As Sarah was getting ready to speak again, we see her good friend Kristina approach her. Sarah Frost: Hey Kristina. How did you find me? Kristina: I went to your house, and since you wasn't home, I called your dad. He said you would be here. Sarah Frost: Yeah I was just visiting my mom. Haven't been here recently, so I brought her some fresh flowers for her. Kristina: They look beautiful. I know you miss your mom. Sarah Frost: My dad said he will be by later after he works. Kristina: Oh I didn't know he was working when I called. I should have waited.] Sarah Frost: Don't worry about it. He's allowed to take phone calls. Let's sit down on the bench, and we'll talk some more. Kristina nods her head, as they go to sit down on a nearby bench. Kristina: I overheard you talking about competing in a match this week. I hope your ready. Sarah Frost: I am more than prepared Kristina. I take on both Destiny Michaels and Roxanne for the WXW Women's European championship. I already beat Destiny Michaels a few weeks back. I already proved I can beat her. Now I need to worry about two opponents, but I'm not going to let having two opponents throw me off. I am going to do whatever I can to bring a title around this waist. Kristina: You have been working hard for a long time. You don't go around asking for title shots. Sarah Frost: No I don't. I want management to see just how damn bad I want to be champion. I don't complain about losing a match either. If I lose a match, I walk into my next match trying to be better than ever. I know a lot of people don't think I have what it takes to be a champion Kristina, but I say "screw the haters". They can kiss my ass. Sarah was getting fired up. Sarah Frost: I'm going to show Destiny Michaels and Roxanne just what I can do inside that ring. I'm not taking this match laying down. I've been champion everywhere I've been, but now that I am in AWS, it's time I kick some major ass. Sarah got a serious look on her face, as Kristina nods her head. As Kristina heads off, Sarah walks over to her mom's grave, and kisses it, as the scene slowly fades to black.

It hasn't been a good last few matches for Sarah Frost, as she's lost a pretty good bit, but that will never keep her down from competing in front of the fans. This week it will be Flashpoint, and we will see Sarah Frost take on Destiny Michaels. The scene opens up at the home of Sarah Frost. She is seen watching TV, and drinking a diet Mountain Dew. As she finishes her drink, her phone rings. She looks to see who is calling, then answers it, and puts it on speaker. Sarah Frost: Hey Kristina. What's up? Kristina: Hey Sarah. I just wanted to call to see if you want hang out next week. I got invited to a party, and they said I can bring a guest. Would you be interested in coming with me? Sarah Frost: I'll have to see how my schedule is, and I'll get back to you in the next few days. Kristina: Sounds good bestie. Anyways, I heard you lost on Flashpoint last time you wrestled. How are you planning on picking yourself back up this week? Sarah Frost: I just got to keep working harder than ever. I face Destiny Michaels this week, the one who win our triple threat match last week. Kristina: Well all I have to say is good luck, cause if she won last week, she's not going to be easy one-on-one it seems like. Sarah Frost: And get this, she said last week that I didn't say anything about her, and she was going prove me wrong that she can win. I thought, "excuse me, I said I'm not going to say anything BAD about you since I've never been in the ring with you". Now that I know what to expect from her, I know what I have to do to win. Sarah smirks, as she had a plan on how she will get a win. Kristina: Are you going to tell me or are you going to make me wait until I have to watch Flashpoint? Sarah Frost: Your just going to have to wait. Sorry bestie. I just like to keep things to myself for now. Kristina: Don't be sorry Sarah. You do you. I get it that you want to keep it a secret. I need to let you go for now. I have to go train for my match this week. I got some things to do around the house first though. Kristina: No problem Sarah. She doesn't write a name on the note right now, but writes what she wants. She reads it off in her head. Sarah Frost(reading silently): This is a letter to tell you that I'm doing alright. I haven't won too many matches lately in AWS, but you know I never want to give up. I want to be another future champion, and I know I need to work harder. It will be hard, but I am willing to make that sacrifice to be a champion. My next match is against Destiny Michaels, who I know will bring it to the ring. She had won the triple threat match last time I was in the ring with her. Now I know what to expect from her, and I will show her just why I deserve to be a wrestler. I just hope when you read this , you will be proud of me no matter what. I know you moved away, and I just wanted to tell you how much I love you. Love always, your daughter Sarah." There was tears flowing from her face, as she wrote the letter. Last time she saw her dad, she had invited him into her home, and he said he would be moving away. She did get a phone call from him before her match on Flashpoint last week, and they agreed to send letters every once in a while to each other. She seals up the envelope, and puts a stamp on it, as she heads out, and the scene slowly fades to black.

Ever since joining AWS, Sarah Frost was a woman who had enemies who would say things that were not true. Sure she won a whole lot, but she hasn't lost a whole lot either. She joined the AWS to try to be the best, but so far she knows she needs even more work to make it to the top. Now it was time for Flashpoint, and Sarah Frost will be in action against Lindsay Flare and Destiny Michaels. The scene opens up in the locker room of Sarah Frost. We see Sarah Frost sitting on the couch, deep in thought. She was thinking of a strategy on how to win her triple threat match. As the camera zooms in on her, she stares into the camera, as she speaks. Sarah Frost: I know my days in AWS haven't been good for me. People have just told me to leave this business, cause I didn't hold a title more than a week. Sarah now had a serious look on her face. She works too hard in AWS to have people put her down. She knows not to listen to any haters she has. Sarah Frost: I'm not going to leave cause I have haters who don't like me. I know I'm good inside that ring. Will I ever be successful? Yes I will. When? I don't know. I will NEVER give up on my dream of being champion again. Sarah gave a little smirk, as the crowd can be heard giving her a mixed reaction. Sarah Frost: So tonight on Flash Point, I will be taking on both Lindsay Flare and Destiny Michaels. Now, I have never faced either of these woman. I'm not going to sit here, and say bad things about them, cause I have never been in the ring with them before. Sarah pulls some hair from her face, as she keeps speaking. Sarah Frost: I've been in the gym all week long trying to get ready for this triple threat match, cause I know to never underestimate my opponents. Sarah nods her head. Sarah Frost: Ladies, I'm not going to make this promo long. I'm just going to end this saying good luck, and let the best woman win. Sarah Frost had her ups and downs in the AWS, but she never will give up. She knows she needs to keep trying as hard as she can to get back in the championship picture. It's not going to be a easy task, and Sarah knows that. She's worked twice as hard in other companies she's worked for. This week, Sarah will be competing on Assault against Jenny Kay in a barbwire cage match, something Sarah knows a little something about, cause in one company she competed in a barbwire ladder match. The scene opens up with Sarah Frost in her home. She is seen watching the reply of competing in the barbwire ladder match where she won the contract for the world title shot. Once she is done watching the match, she turns off the TV, then stares deeply into the camera, and smirks, as she begins to speak. Sarah Frost: Jenny Kay, you act like I don't know what how handle barbwire, but this right down my alley. She keeps smirking, then nods her head. Sarah Frost: You see Jenny, I just got done watching the best match I had in my entire career in a company that is no longer around. I competed in a barbwire ladder match, and won the damn thing. Sarah got a serious look on her face. She needed to be extremely hardcore for Assault, cause she knows Jenny Kay will not be a easy opponent to beat. Sarah Frost: I admit I haven't been the best in AWS. I know I still need to progress more, which I will do in the upcoming months. I'm not here to claim I'm the best unless I can prove it more. I will claim I have a lot of heart, and I am one to NEVER complain about a thing in AWS, especially when I lose a match. I've always come into each match with a strategy, but a lot of times it doesn't go the way I've planned, which is fine by me. Sarah was a woman that management knows will keep coming every show, and proving why she will improve with each show she is on. Sarah Frost: I know this match is a little different from just the barbwire ladder match I had a few years back, but I am up for the challenge of bleeding even more. You see Jenny, bleeding makes me even more hardcore than I ever will be. I'm never the same person when I see blood pouring down my face. Sarah gives a little evil smirk, She licks her lips, just thinking about how much damage she can do inside the barbwire steel cage match. Sarah Frost: Jenny. all I got left to say is get ready, cause a whole different Sarah Frost will enter this barbwire steel cage match. I'm going to prove just why I belong in the AWS, and not some WEAK LINK who loses all the time. I'm not backing down without a fight. See you out there Jenny. The scene opens up at a local gym. We see Sarah Frost walk inside the gym, as she gets ready for a little warmup before the twenty person battle royal for the Mania championship. She gets on a treadmill, and begins to go at a slow pace to start. She looks around the gym, then begins to see her friend Kristina walk into the gym. Kristina stops Sarah, then heads over to where she is. Sarah Frost: Hey bestie. I didn't know you were going to be here. Kristina: Well I decided I needed to get my workout for the week today, cause I will be busy the rest of the week. I heard your in a wrestling company now. Sarah was wondering who told her. Sarah Frost: Oh you did. From who? Kristina: Remember your crush Brad from high school? Sarah rolled her eyes, as she nodded her head. Sarah Frost: Yeah I do. I got rejected by him when I told him I liked him. How did he find out that I am in a new wrestling company? Before Kristina would answer, she got on the treadmill beside Sarah, and put the pace where she was most comfortable. Kristina: He saw you on TV, then he called me up, and let me know. Sarah Frost: That makes sense I suppose. He didn't say anything else about me did he? Kristina: No. Why? Sarah Frost: I just don't want him asking about me, cause of the way he treated me in high school. You know I wasn't the prettiest girl. I was the nerd type back then. Kristina: I know Sarah. You see anyone at the moment? Sarah Frost: You remember when I the other company that shut down? The one where I won a barbwire ladder match? Kristina nods her head. Sarah Frost]: Well Warden Tommy came by my house the other day, and I told him we would give us another try. Kristina: Well good for you Sarah. He better treat you right, or I'll come after him. They both laugh, as Sarah takes a drink of water. Sarah Frost: He knows how to treat me right. Now I have to focus on my match this week. I am in a twenty person battle royal, and the person is the AWS Manic champion. It's been a while since I was champion, and I lost it quickly. I have got to prove I am not weak. I have NEVER went to management and asked for a title shot, not even asking for a rematch for the title that I did lose quickly. I have always wanted to prove that I will win by climbing that ladder. Kristina: Well your better than most people then. I see a lot of wrestlers brag about how much they were born to be a champion, or even say how they deserve a title. Sarah Frost: I have never claimed to be the best, but I will always keep trying. As much as I want to be the best, I know I need to work my ass off. I know I will be facing both men and women soon. I've faced men in the past, and not only did I beat them, I even made one bleed. Kristina: Well all I have to say is good luck Sarah. I hope you will make everyone proud, and be a champion again,. They both get off the treadmill, as Kristina writes down, and gives it to Sarah. They both give each other a hug, as Sarah exits the gym, and the scene slowly fades to black. The scene opens up inside the home of Sarah Frost. She is seen scrolling through her phone, looking through some stuff to order online. As she keeps scrolling, she hears her doorbell. She looks through the peephole, and sees Warden Tommy standing there. She opens the door, and smiles at him. Sarah Frost: Tommy, what are you doing here? Warden Tommy: I came by to see you Sarah. You've came by to see me recently. I wanted to return the favor. I am glad your address was still on file, so that's how I found you. Sarah Frost: Well then you can come on in if you'd like. Sarah moved out of the way, and he entered her home. He looks around, and nods his head. Warden Tommy: You have a nice home Sarah. You live alone? They both take a seat of the couch. Sarah Frost: Yeah I do. Why do you ask? Warden Tommy: I was just wondering. Look Sarah, we know we both miss each other. Why don't we still date each other since you left the old company? Sarah shrugged her shoulders a little. She was a little lonely in her apartment, and having him back in her life could be good. Sarah Frost: We can try again I suppose. I got the feeling you were wanting to move in here. Am I right? Tommy nodded his head. Warden Tommy: Right on the money Sarah. Sarah Frost: I would love to have you stay. Warden Tommy: Awesome. I'll get some of my stuff, and bring it over later. How have you been doing in AWS? Sarah Frost: I can say I'm not the best or the worst in the company. I know a lot of people think I'm just weak, Warden Tommy: You know better than to listen to those people. Look how much you had to climb to get where you were in the past. You were losing a awfully lot, but soon you had the momentum to be a champion. Sarah Frost: I had your help too Tommy. Tommy nodded his head again. Warden Tommy: Your right, but I know you do it on your own again. I'll be here cheering you on from the sidelines this time. Sarah Frost: I have a match against Jayde Anne. She must be new to AWS, so she will be a little hard to beat since I've never faced her. I'm not going to underestimate her, cause she might be great inside the ring. Warden Tommy: Exactly Sarah. Well I'm going to go and grab my stuff. I'll see you in a little bit. Sarah Frost: Alright. As Tommy leaves, Sarah sits on the couch, smiling big, as the scene slowly fades to black. Sarah Frost had gotten a win on Ward to go on to Ward Emergence, where she will be taking on Zane Maritato. She knew people would already had doubts about her winning, but she will never any doubters keep her down, and Zane was one of those doubters. The scene opens up at Sarah Frost's old wrestling building she used to compete for. She looked around the building, thinking back to the times where she was hardcore, and now that she's in AWS, she wanted to be more hardcore. She was going to prove it in her match against Zane. Just then, we see a man walk towards Sarah. It was her told boss, Warden Tommy. Sarah smiled brightly, as she walked up to him. Warden Tommy: Nice to see you again Sarah. What brings you by? Sarah Frost: I had this place on my mind for a while now. I've missed it so much, plus I miss you a lot. Warden Tommy: I've missed you too Sarah. You can come by anytime you want. I want to see you more. I've been watching you at the other place you are at now. You seem happy there. Sarah nodded her head slowly, as she mixed feelings about it. Sarah Frost: It's not the worst place I've worked at, but I like it, even though I held the Elevation title for about a week. I wanted to put Lauren Harris right where I wanted her, cause I was tired of her mouth, saying how I always complain about losing a match. Anyone that knows me knows I don't complain. I always go out there, and try even harder. Tommy nods his head. Warden Tommy: You've lost when you worked for me a lot, and you never once came to me wanting a title shot. You have came to me saying how you will earn it, and that's why I put you in that barbwire ladder match for the contract. You won that on your own, cause you worked your butt off for that. Sarah Frost: Yep. Now I have to compete against a man named Zane Maritato in the Feigel Cup. He knows I've lost a lot in the last few months, but I'm not going to let those losses get to me. I am going to go out there, and show the world just why I am going to rebound back from one of the most devastating losses I had in losing the Elevation title. I am going to find a way to climb that ladder to success again. Zane can say any bad thing he wants about me. He's never faced me when I am going to be at my best. People say I am coming into the match as the ultimate underdog, and that's the way I'm leaving out, standing victorius over Zane. I'm not afraid to step into the ring with any man. I proved that when I worked for you Tommy. Sarah was having flashbacks to when she was in that ladder match made of barbwire. She was the ultimate underdog then, and she will prove it against Zane on Ward Emergence. Warden Tommy: How about after your victory, you can come back here, and I will take you out like old times? SInce joining AWS, Sarah Frost has been winning some and losing some. Even though she held the Elevation title for a short time, she was glad to have a title to her name. Now she is looking to be another future champion, but she knows she still needs to work her way to that part. On Ward this coming week, she will be facing Rene Volkov in the Feigel Legacy Cup Tournament. The camera now shows Sarah Frost hanging out at a friend's house. She is seen sitting on their couch, drinking a Mountain Dew. Sarah Frost: Thanks for having me over this evening Kristina. I need to hang out with someone for a little while. Kristina comes over, and sits down next to her. Kristina: Hey your always welcome to come over. We have been besties since high school. Now you have me following your career is AWS. Sorry you recently lost the Elevation title. Sarah nods her head, and shrugs her shoulders. Sarah Frost: Yeah me too. I thought I would have kept that title longer. I just didn't like how Lauren said I complain about losing a match. That girl got under my skin. Have you ever heard me complain one bit about losing? Kristina shakes her head. Kristina: No I haven't. I've heard you say when you were in that triple threat match that you didn't deserve to be in that match. That should show everyone that you wanted a little more time to prove your worth inside the ring. All Sarah wanted to prove a few months back that she wanted more time to show just why she wanted to win a title. Ever since losing the Elevation title, she's been training even harder than before. Sarah Frost: You got that right Kristina. Now I need to focus on the Feigel Legacy Cup Tournament, as I will be facing Rene Volkov. Kristina: Do you know much about Rene? Sarah shakes her head. Sarah Frost: No, but I'm not going to let that get to me. I know I'm into that match, and give my all. I don't have nothing bad to say about Rene since I've never been in the ring with her. I need this win more, cause I want to have a good comeback story after I lost the Elevation title. I'm not going down without a fight Kristina. Kristina: I know your not Sarah. Sarah knew she had all she had to do to get back on the winning ways again. Since arriving in AWS, she hasn't lost too much, and when she does, she just dusts herself off, and works to get better. Sarah Frost: A lot of the women in the locker room thinks I'm weak, but I am going to prove them wrong on Ward this week. I think it's time to show a different side of Sarah Frost that no one in AWS has seen. Let's say, a more aggressive side. Sarah smirks a little, as Kristina shrugs her shoulder. Kristina: I say do whatever you need to win. I will be one hundred percent with you Sarah. A friend always stays close. Sarah smiles, as she gives Kristina a big hug. Sarah Frost: Thanks bestie. Now how about we do a little shopping? I feel like getting a few new outfits from the mall. Kristina: I like your way of thinking bestie. They both smile big, the get up from the couch, and head to the mall, as the scene slowly fades to black.

Sarah Frost was more than elated after she had won the Elevated champion. Now with Stardom right around the corner, she must defend her title against Lauren Harris, and she will defend her newly won title proudly. The scene opens up outside a coffee shop near where Stardom was taking place. She take a drink of her Pumpkin Spice iced coffee. She has her title over her shoulder, as she looks at the camera, and begins to speak. Sarah Frost: I know a lot of people are mad cause I was good enough to win this title right here. Sarah smirked a little, as she looked at her newly won title. Sarah Frost: I'll let people have their opinion on things. They don't know what I've been through, and one won who thinks she knows me is Lauren Harris, my opponent for tonight. She rolled her eyes, as she took another drink of her coffee. Sarah Frost: Lauren, you must be so delusional when you said I complain about losing matches? Um when? When I did my promo for this title a week or so again, I said I know I didn't deserve to be in the match, but management saw something in me to put me in there. They know I don't complain about a damn thing. Yeah I have lost, but I always say that I will keep trying and trying until I make it to being champion. Get that through your thick sjull Lauren! Go back and listen to my promos. I'm not that stupid enough to complain about losing. Man, your so dumb. Sarah took a deep breath, trying to relax. Since joining the AWS, she always wanted to make a good impression. Sure she's won some, but lately she had been losing up until the triple threat match for the Elevation championship. Now is the time where she will need to be even better. After her win, she knows management will be looking on to see how well she can take down Lauren Harris. Sarah Frost: Lauren, I know you don't me, but I never wanted anyone to like me. I just wanted to make a great impression on management, and you know why they put me in the match? Cause they know I NEVER once asked for a title match. They know damn well that I NEVER complain about a DAMN thing. I never claimed to be the best AWS has to offer, but I'm a woman who tries as hard as I can do be better. A lot of people knows how hard Sarah works to be better. Even in the other promotions she's worked for, she had lost a lot too, but finally got to be champion after months of working hard. Sarah Frost: I'm glad I am finally champion, and I will show you Lauren just why I do deserve to be a champion. You think you can put me down for losing a lot? Well that will just push me harder to be even better, and successfully defend my title. Sarah looked down at her necklace that her mom gave her, as she nodded her head. She knew she mom watched her win a title, and she knows her mom is proud of her. Sarah Frost: I have been in the gym all week long, cause I know my first title defense will not be a easy one against you Lauren. I know your out for blood against me, but I've suffered through barbwire to get a title back in the other company I worked for, and if I have to bleed to keep this title, then I will do it. Sarah Frost was about to be in a barbwire hell match for the AWS Cyber championship. It would be Sarah's first title in AWS if she was able to beat both Jade Phoenix and Lauren Harris. This match would be a match where Sarah Frost knows exactly how barbwire feels on her skin, as she won a barbwire ladder match. The scene opens up outside the building where Sarah Frost used to wrestle for where she was in that barbwire ladder match. She was at the old building where she worked for, and being there brought back memories that she sort of missed. She smirked a little bit, as she begins to speak. Sarah Frost: This place is where I was involved in a barbwire ladder match, where I bled to death to win a contract for the main title here, and I went on to win that title. Now, I didn't keep that title too long due to people interfering in the match, but that is the past, and now I am looking for the future. Sarah was sort of glad she was gone from that place. The only good thing that came out of that was being with Warden Tommy, who she misses a lot, and still has feelings for, but she has no clue where he might be. Sarah keeps walking around the building, as she keeps speaking. Sarah Frost: At Darkness Falls, I have the opportunity to win my first title here in AWS. Sarah turned around, thinking she heard someone behind her, but it must of been her imagination. Sarah Frost: I know a lot of people think I don't deserve to be in this match, but I'm going to make the best of it. You see, I think this match gives me a advantage since I've suffered through barbwire before in my career. Jade, I know your the champion, but you have never faced me before. I know you a champion for a reason, but I'm coming at FULL FORCE to win the title at Darkness Falls. I'm not like other women here in AWS. Yes I might have lost to Night Rider on the last Ward, but one loss doesn't define a person's ability to do even better in their next match. Sarah was talking from the heart. She wants to be known as a great athlete, and she will prove that at Darkness Falls. Sarah Frost: Lauren, just like Jade, we have never faced each other. I can already tell you will say just how bad I am. Go ahead, cause words will never hurt me. I thrive off the pain of barbwire. I love bleeding, and I can get EXTREME to all kinds of levels at the sight of my own blood. Sarah gives a little evil laugh. Something about being around the Asylum again changes her, cause she was used it to back in the day. Sarah got close to the door, as she stood in front of it, and keeps speaking. Sarah Frost: Now... As Sarah was going to keep speaking, the door to the old building, then Sarah turns around to see Warden Tommy stand there. Sarah gives a little smile, not really sure how she should react. Tommy Warden: Sarah Frost? Is that you? Sarah nodded her head. Sarah Frost: Yes it's me. I came by the old building to get prepared for my match over at the new company I'm working for. I am going to be in a barbwire hell match. Warden Tommy: Well if anyone knows about barbwire, it will be you. I was happy when you won that barbwire ladder match a few years back. I see you still have scars from it now. Sarah looked down at her arms, seeing the scars. She sighed a little, thinking back to that time. Sarah Frost: I want so much to win at Darkness Falls in the AWS. It would be my first title I would ever win if I can get the job done. Warden Tommy: Sarah, when you worked for me, you were one of the most hardest working superstars I've had. You have what it takes to be champion on your own without any help from anyone. You just need to push yourself as hard as you can. Sarah Frost: I'm going to have to if I am going to beat two other woman in this match. Warden Tommy: Well just like I said, you need to push yourself harder than you've ever been. Your not in my company anymore, so it isn't going to as easy like you were when you wrestled for me. I need to go now Sarah. I hope to talk to you again soon. As Warden Tommy goes back in the building, Sarah nods her head, knowing exactly what she had to do. Sarah Frost: I will take your advice Tommy. You will see me as champion again. I'm NEVER giving up. Sarah smirks, as the leaves the area, and the scene slowly fades to black.

The scene opens up at a fancy restaurant , where we see Sarah Frost with her big date with Ricky, who she saw at her high school reunion the other week. They had already sat down at a booth, and they begins to look over the menu. Ricky: So do you know what your going to get yet Sarah? Sarah looked through the menu, as she shook her head. Sarah Frost: So many delicious meals. I still don't know what to get. I might decide to do the country fried streak with the white gravy. It looks so good. Ricky: It does look good. I might get the meatloaf. I might need to start making meatloaf at home. I have my dad's recipe at home. I've just been too busy to take that kind of meal. Just then, the waiter approaches them. Waiter: Hello my name is Kevin, and I will be taking your order this evening. Are you two ready to order? Ricky: Yes we are. I would like to order the meatloaf please. This comes with two sides right? Kevin nods his head. Ricky: Then I will take creamed corn, and some green beans. I would like a sweet tea to drink as well. Kevin write down his order, then he turns to Sarah. Sarah Frost: I think I will take the country fried steak with the loaded baked potato, and a side salad with ranch dressing please. And for my drink, I think I will have some lemonade please. Kevin nods his head, as he writes down her order. [colors=skyblue]Kevin: Alright. I will be right back with your drinks in just a little bit. Sarah Frost: Thank you. Kevin grabs the menus, and heads off to put their order in. Ricky then looks at Sarah, and smiles. Ricky: You look beautiful this evening. I'm glad you agreed to have this date with me. I've always had a crush on you back in high school, but I didn't know if you liked me back. Sarah Frost: Well I did like you too. I was just too shy back then to say something. Now I'm glad I got to go the reunion. I didn't want to go at first, cause I wasn't really feeling up to going, but now I feel better that I went. Ricky: I know your a wrestler now. It must be hard to get matches. What made you be a wrestler though? Sarah Frost: I was watching with my dad back when I was younger, so I really wanted to get to be one now. Not too many people thought I would make it in the wrestling business, but it's not hard at all. Yeah we all lose some and win some. I am just going to climb that ladder to be a champion. Ricky smiles again, as the waiter brings their drinks and some rolls. Kevin: Your food will out in just a little bit. Sarah and Ricky nod their head, as the waiter heads off. They get a roll, and put butter on it. They both take a bite, as Sarah speaks. Sarah Frost: Now I have to prepare for my match with Night Rider. Ricky: Who is Night Rider? Sarah shrugs her shoulders. Sarah Frost: I don't know, but I do know that I have be more prepared than ever, cause I have no clue what he will bring to the table. I've taken on men my whole career, so I know how to handle myself with them when I'm in the ring. Ricky: Hey I'm happy for you anyways Sarah. I don't know if I would like being a wrestler. I just want to be me in the regular working world. Sarah laughed a little, as she was having a good time with Ricky. Sarah Frost: We all have our opinions on things. I would never hate on someone who hates wrestling. I rather be their friend than try to argue with them. We all can agree to disagree. Ricky: I love the way you think Sarah. You don't show no hate to anyone. The waiter then brings them their food. He puts the plates down near them. Kevin: Is there anything else I can get for you two? Ricky: I think we are good for now. Kevin: Alright well if there's anything else I can get for you two, then let me know. Sarah Frost: We will. As the waiter leaves, they begins to eat their food. They nod their heads, liking the food. Ricky: Man this food is good. I want to end this date by saying I want to wish you good luck against Night Rider, not like you need it though. Sarah Frost: I've never had country fried steak this good. Anyways, thanks for the good luck. I had fun on this date, and I hope we can do it again soon. Ricky: I would love another date with you soon Sarah. They look into each other's eyes, smiling brightly, as the scene slowly fades to black.

Last time we saw Sarah Frost in action, she had lost, but she's one to never give up on her dreams. It was announced that Sarah Frost would be entering the battle royal for the Temptress championship, and she had been training even harder to enter the match. The scene opens up at Sarah Frost's high school reunion. She was all dressed up in a blue sparkly dress, which her normally just dresses like a tom boy, but with this being a special event, she was glad to dress up. The reunion took place in her high school's gymnasium. She arrives, and walks around the gym, hoping to find some of her friends. She looks around, then finally finds a good friend. She approaches them, and taps them on the shoulder. Sarah Frost: Hey Natalie. You remember me? It's Sarah Johnson. I go by Sarah Frost in the wrestling scene. Natalie: Sarah! Of course I remember you. How is the wrestling business going to for you? I am the bank manager at Suntrust Bank. Sarah Frost: That's awesome Natalie. I've had my moments in the wrestling business. I've won titles, and now I'm wrestling for the AWS. My record isn't too bad, and now I'm looking to winning championships there. Natalie: I'm proud of you Sarah. We had some good time here at this school. I loved having classes with you, and sitting next to you. Sarah Frost: Same here Natalie. Is Ricky here? You know how much of a crush I had on him. He seemed like he was flirting with me in classes. Ricky was the high school pretty boy. The ladies were all over him, but to Sarah it seemed like he was trying to get Sarah to like him more. Natalie: He's right over there at punch bowl. He came up to me asking for you a little bit ago. I told him I didn't know what time you were coming. Sarah looked over at the punch bowl, with her stomach in knots. She didn't know what he wanted to say to her. Sarah Frost: I'm surprised he asked to speak to me. I wonder what he wants. I'll head over there now. Natalie: Good luck girlie! Sarah smiles, as she walks over to the punch bowl, and stands besides Ricky. Ricky looked over, smiling at her. Ricky: Sarah Johnson? It's been a long time. I was telling Natalie that I wanted to talk with you. Sarah Frost: I go by Sarah Frost in the wrestling world now. Ricky: Sorry I didn't get the chance to tell you how beautiful you were back in the day. I had always wanted to date you, but I was shy. Sarah blushes a little bit. Sarah Frost: But you had all these girls all over you. Why would you choose someone like me? Ricky: Cause you weren't overly obsessed with your looks. You were just natural, and that's what I like in women now. Sarah Frost: So what are you getting at Ricky? Ricky: Can I take you out on a date sometime if your not taken? I know you have a hectic wrestling schedule, but if you can find time to date, I would love to make up for years lost. Ricky smiled a little, as Sarah nodded her head. Sarah Frost: I would like that so much. I'm single now, and I know I can find the time to have a date with you. Ricky: Great. Can you write down your number for me, so I can call you to make the date? He handed her a piece of paper, and a pen so she can write down her number. She wrote it down, and handed the paper back to him. He puts it in his pocket, and smiles again. Ricky: Thanks Sarah. I look forward to our date. So tell me what is your next match? I would love to see it. Sarah Frost: I am now in the AWS, and at the event called Queens of Combat, I am in a battle royal to try and be the Temptress champion. I really hope I can win that title. I've been working hard since day one. It's been quite a while since I've been champion, so I am working harder than ever for this match. I haven't had a title match yet, so now I have step up my game. He smiled again, as he leaned down, and kissed her cheek. Sarah blushes a little, and touched her cheek. Ricky: I hope that can bring you good luck in winning that title. I know you can win it. I have faith in you. Sarah Frost: Thanks Ricky. Your support means a lot to me. I need to take off, and train more, cause I know there will be other women who want it just as much as I do. Ricky: Alright, well I'll call you later. As Sarah walks off, she passes Natalie, and gives her the thumbs up. Natalie nods her head, as Sarah exits the gym, and the scene slowly fades to black.

It has been a while since we've seen Sarah Frost in action in AWS. Since her time away, she's been putting in the work to be even better than she ever was. Sarah will be back in action on Ward this week against Necra Octavian Kane, and she was looking forward to getting back in the ring, and show just how much of a badass she can be. The scene opens up in the home of Sarah Frost. She was cleaning up a little bit before she was going to wrestle on Ward. Once she is done cleaning, her doorbell rings, then he answers the door to see her dad standing there. Sarah Frost: Hey dad. What brings you by? Mike Johnson: Can't a dad see his daughter? I have a little surprise for you. Sarah Frost: Come on in dad, and have a seat. Mike enters her house, then sits down on the couch. Sarah sits down beside him, as she waits for what his surprise is. He looked at Sarah, then speaks. Mike Johnson: You know how you've told me before to look for a good woman? Sarah Frost: Yeah, cause ever since mom died I though you would have found a good woman by now. You need to get out more dad. When your not working, your at home looking at pictures of mom. Mike Johnson: I'll never forget your mom, even when I do date again, which is the reason I came by. You see, I saw my old crush back at my high school reunion. Turned out she liked me also, so I have a date with her this Friday. Sarah smiled brightly, as she gave her dad a hug. Sarah Frost: I'm proud of you dad. I hope I like her as well. I want to get to know her. Mike Johnson: I could bring her by this weekend if everything goes well on my date. Sarah Frost: I would like that dad. I hope it does work out. You need someone just as good as mom. I think she would be proud of how you've been doing since she passed. Mike Johnson: Yes she would sweetie. Anyways, I better get going. I'm going to meet Bill for a workout at the gym. Sarah Frost: I might need to hit the gym myself in a little bit. I have a match on Ward this week, but then again, I've been hitting the gym all week trying to get into better shape. Mike Johnson: Well I will be watching Sarah. I am sure you will do just fine. I will call you later. Mike and Sarah get up, as they hug each other. Mike exits her home, then Sarah sits back down on the couch. She thinks for a moment, before grabbing her car keys, and heading to the arena. Once she arrives at the arena, she enters the building, and the camera follows her to her locker room. She enters her room, and sits down on the couch, and as the camera zooms on on her , she speaks. Sarah Frost: I know I haven't been competing in the last few weeks. I just haven't been booked, and I've been training harder than ever to be better. Tonight I will be taking on Necra Octavian Kane. Now, I don't know much about Necra, but I will be giving her a fight. She nods her head, as she keeps speaking. Sarah Frost: I'm not going to say bad things about my opponent, cause I don't know how bad or good they are inside that very ring. I feel good about my record here in the AWS, with only losing a few matches, and tonight, I hope to put another win on my record. I came to the AWS to be a champion, and I am sure as hell going to work as hard as I possibly can to get there. Sarah was suppose to have a championship match a few weeks back, but for some reason, she was taken out of that match, and was replaced. She's not one to moan and groan, and knows she needs to put on a good performance for management. Sarah Frost: Necra, I hope you bring all you have to the ring, cause I am in a fighting mood tonight. I'm not going to be easy on you. So I will see you later tonight, and let the best person win. Sarah smiles into the camera, as the scene slowly fades to black.

It was another episode of Ward, and Sarah Frost will be in action against Adrian Cole. Last time we saw Sarah in action, she was in the Goddess championship match, but lost. Was Sarah upset about losing? A little bit, but she has never complained about losing a match. She knew she had to step up her game for the next time she had a title match. The scene opens up inside the home of Sarah Frost. She is seen in the kitchen, fixing herself some coffee, as she was about to start her day. She pours her coffee inside her mug, then puts some Almond Joy creamer into it, then sits down at her kitchen table. She takes a sip of her coffee, as she stares into the camera, then begins to speak. Sarah Frost: Last week wasn't what I had planned. Yes I was in a Goddess title match, but came short of winning it. I have always scratched and clawed my way to being in a title match. I have never went to management and demanded anything. Now I restart from the bottom again, which is fine by me. Sarah smirked a little bit, as she kept speaking. Sarah Frost: So on Ward later, it seems I take on Adrian Cole, someone I have never faced, but I am always up for a challenge. Adrian, I heard you ask me if I had a game plan or just wing it? I do have somewhat of a plan. You see Adrian, I've never been afraid to face men before. As a matter of fact, I've faced them in other companies, and won against them. Sarah took another sip of her coffee, as she looked at the camera again. Sarah Frost: Plus, I don't mind bleeding in a match to get the job done. I always like to put my body on the line, cause I am a daredevil of a woman. So that's the game plan I got against you. Sarah has faced men bigger than her in the past, and she was never ashamed of that. She always love a challenge, but she was missing the good old days back when she was in the other company, but since that company shut down, AWS was good enough for her. Sarah Frost: Adrian, don't take my loss last time on Ward as a weakness for me, cause I am going to come back stronger than ever. I am a woman on a mission to becoming a champion here, and I will do whatever it take to get there. See you soon Adrian.
