PRESENTATION & AESTHETIC
Entrance Music: “Hero” by Nickelback
Entrance Description:
The opening notes of “Hero” hit and Malia Owens bursts through the curtain with the kind of energy suggesting somebody backstage just told her she was late. She rarely stands still for the traditional entrance pose, instead bouncing from foot to foot, talking to fans, pointing at signs, throwing finger-guns toward the camera, and occasionally taking one final bite from whatever sandwich she happened to bring with her.
Malia carries herself like someone genuinely delighted that professional wrestling is her job. She jogs and skips down the aisle, slapping hands and frequently talking directly to fans along the barricade. Her thick Chicago accent becomes immediately apparent whenever a ringside camera gets close enough to catch whatever spontaneous observation has just entered her head.
Before entering the ring, Malia usually stops, looks upward at the ropes and grins. She leaps onto the apron, grabs the top rope and slingshots herself inside in one fluid motion. She immediately runs the ropes once, rebounds and drops into a crouched three-point stance before popping back upright.
If she's carrying food during her entrance, she carefully hands it to a ringside crew member before entering the ring with a very serious warning:
“Guard that with yer life.”
Malia's entrance isn't polished perfection. It's kinetic, spontaneous and slightly chaotic. She looks like somebody who cannot quite believe she gets paid to do this.
Ring Attire:
Malia wears fitted red-and-deep-blue wrestling gear deliberately inspired by the heroic imagery she grew up admiring without directly replicating any superhero uniform. Her gear consists of athletic shorts or fitted tights depending on the match, a sleeveless compression-style top, lightweight wrestling boots and white wrist tape.
Thin geometric lines weave across portions of the red fabric in subtle web-like patterns. The design is noticeable upon closer inspection but never forms a literal spider emblem.
Her boots are exceptionally lightweight and designed around flexibility and traction, reflecting a wrestling style dependent upon sudden acceleration, rope work and aerial movement.
For entrances she sometimes wears a sleeveless red hooded jacket with deep-blue interior lining. The hood features white accents around its edges that create a fleeting mask-like impression when pulled forward.
Malia possesses no powers, enhanced abilities or supernatural equipment. Everything she does in the ring comes from training, athleticism, timing and a questionable relationship with gravity.
Out-of-Ring Appearance:
Away from the ring, Malia dresses casually and practically: hoodies, graphic shirts, jeans, sneakers, baseball caps and comfortable jackets. Red, blue and white frequently appear somewhere in her clothing without Malia ever acknowledging the pattern.
She almost always has food nearby.
Sandwiches are the overwhelming favourite.
Italian beef, meatball subs, grilled cheese, chicken sandwiches, deli sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches—Malia approaches the definition of “sandwich” with considerable generosity.
Her posture is loose and restless. She sits sideways in chairs, leans against walls, perches on tables and frequently moves while talking.
WRESTLING STYLE & PSYCHOLOGY
Primary Wrestling Style:
☒ Technical
☐ Brawler
☒ High-Flyer
☐ Powerhouse
☐ Hardcore
☒ Hybrid
☐ Submission-Based
☐ Strong Style
In-Ring Psychology:
Malia wrestles as though remaining stationary is personally offensive.
Her strategy revolves around movement, angles, acceleration and forcing opponents to constantly reacquire her position. Rather than relying exclusively on spectacular dives, Malia uses the ropes as tools for changing direction, generating momentum and creating unconventional attack angles.
Against larger opponents she refuses prolonged power exchanges. She attacks limbs, uses hit-and-run strikes, forces opponents to turn repeatedly and attempts to make them expend energy chasing her.
Against wrestlers near her own size, Malia becomes considerably more technical, using arm drags, headscissors, flash pins and rapid transitions.
She also talks.
Constantly.
Malia quips when she's winning, losing, frightened, hurt, confused or hanging upside down somewhere she probably shouldn't be. Humour is simultaneously her personality and pressure-release valve. The more nervous she becomes, the faster the jokes usually arrive.
This creates an important psychological tell:
If Malia Owens stops joking, something has become very serious.

FINISHERS
Primary Finisher: “Great Responsibility”
Malia springboards from the top rope into a twisting 450 splash. The move requires considerable setup and is generally attempted only after Malia has created enough separation to reach the ropes safely.
The name comes from a lesson Aunt May repeatedly drilled into her while she was growing up: having the ability to help someone means accepting responsibility for what you choose to do with that ability.
Secondary / Desperation Finisher: “Last Bite”
A sudden inside cradle transitioned into a tight bridging pinning combination. Malia uses Last Bite when exhausted, injured or facing an opponent she cannot realistically overpower. It can emerge from numerous counters and requires very little lifting strength.
Set-Up Moves:
-
Poisonrana
-
Corner Meteora
-
Springboard Dropkick
-
Dragon Screw
-
Tilt-a-Whirl DDT
-
Opponent missing a corner charge
-
Rapid flash-pin attempts designed to make the opponent increasingly reckless
Common Match Spots or Tendencies:
-
Uses the ropes to abruptly reverse direction while being pursued.
-
Frequently ducks underneath larger opponents and attacks from behind before they can turn.
-
Will hang from or become tangled in the ropes in unconventional positions to avoid attacks.
-
Talks to opponents during complicated sequences.
-
Occasionally says “Fwip” aloud immediately before or after particularly elaborate rope-assisted offense.
-
If caught in midair by a powerhouse, Malia will frequently look directly at them and mutter some variation of “Well, shit.”
-
Attempts repeated flash pins against opponents who become frustrated.
-
Uses an opponent's momentum rather than attempting to overpower them.
-
Will sometimes stop herself from attempting an obviously ridiculous aerial move, reconsider for approximately two seconds, and attempt it anyway.
-
Protects injured limbs intelligently despite her reckless reputation.
-
When exhausted, transitions away from aerial wrestling toward cradles and technical counters.

CHARACTER & STORY ELEMENTS
Gimmick / Character Description:
“Feed Me” Malia Owens is a nineteen-year-old Chicago high-flyer with an enormous appetite, an even larger mouth and apparently no internal mechanism capable of telling her when an idea is too dangerous to attempt.
Malia has a quip for virtually every occasion.
She jokes during interviews. She jokes during arguments. She jokes while being punched. She has been known to compliment an opponent's move immediately after being hit by it. Her humour isn't intended to disguise some secretly miserable personality; Malia genuinely enjoys making people laugh. However, humour also became her instinctive response to fear while growing up. When situations become uncomfortable, frightening or painful, Malia talks.
Consequently, silence from Malia carries considerably more weight than anger.
Her other defining characteristic is hunger.
Malia is almost perpetually eating something and has a particular love for sandwiches. Her nickname “Feed Me” originally began as a joke about her appetite before acquiring a second meaning as her wrestling career developed:
Feed her food.
Feed her competition.
Feed her opportunities.
Feed her somebody everyone believes she cannot beat.
She'll take another bite.
Motivation:
Malia wants to discover exactly how good she can become without losing the joy that made her fall in love with wrestling.
She doesn't believe heroism requires extraordinary abilities. To Malia, it consists of choices: getting back up, helping someone when doing so is inconvenient, accepting consequences and trying again after getting something wrong.
Championships matter because they represent the opportunity to prove that philosophy against the best AWS can put in front of her.
And, in considerably simpler terms:
Malia wants AWS to keep feeding her opponents.
Personality Traits:
-
Relentlessly witty
-
Warm
-
Fearless until common sense catches up
-
Restless
-
Curious
-
Stubborn
-
Loyal
-

🔻 BACKSTORY & MOTIVATION
Short Bio/Backstory:
Malia Owens was born in Chicago, Illinois, but the conventional version of her childhood ends almost there.
For reasons that remain deliberately private, Malia was raised from an early age by May Parker, a woman Malia simply calls Aunt May regardless of whether anyone asks her to explain the exact nature of their relationship.
May provided Malia with an ordinary home despite circumstances surrounding her childhood that were anything but ordinary. Malia grew up hearing that character wasn't determined by what someone could do, but by what they chose to do when another person needed them. Responsibility, kindness, resilience and the willingness to stand back up became far more important lessons than winning.
Malia also grew up surrounded by stories of heroes.
One in particular left an obvious impression.
She never developed powers. She was never bitten by anything radioactive. She cannot stick to walls, sense danger or lift automobiles.
What Malia could do was run.
Then jump.
Then climb.
Then tumble.
Then discover increasingly creative ways of combining all four while giving Aunt May progressively worse headaches.
Gymnastics and athletic training eventually led Malia toward professional wrestling, where the ropes, turnbuckles and controlled chaos of a wrestling ring immediately appealed to her. What initially looked like reckless enthusiasm gradually became a legitimate wrestling style built around agility, timing and unconventional movement.
Her red-and-blue ring attire is no accident.
Neither is the way she jokes when she's frightened.
Malia has never publicly explained precisely how much she knows about the stories connected to May Parker, nor why May was entrusted with raising her. When asked directly, Malia usually takes another bite of whatever she's eating and changes the subject.
At nineteen, Malia has now arrived in AWS because she believes she is ready to stop hearing stories about people doing extraordinary things and begin writing some of her own.
She isn't bulletproof.
She isn't superhuman.
She isn't a superhero.
She's “Feed Me” Malia Owens.
And she's hungry.
Goals in AWS:
Malia wants experience above everything else. She wants opponents who expose weaknesses she doesn't yet know she has and opportunities that force her to become a better wrestler.
Eventually, she wants championships.
Not because she believes holding one will make her a hero, but because becoming good enough to earn one would prove she belongs among AWS's best.
Her philosophy is considerably easier to express in her own words:
“Feed me somebody better.”
