Biography: Jamal may have been the only boy in his family but he had the strength of three. Pretty much since the time he could walk he valued strength and physical power. Possibly due to the fact that his father managed a gym and was a heavyweight boxer before settling down with his wife and family. Jamal would follow his father’s footsteps and begin to build his body when he was 10 years old. Combine that with getting an interest in football and wrestling Jamal became a very strong teenager.
With no interest in college Jamal worked for his father’s gym out of high school part time with the other period working part-time in a hardware store. It wasn’t until he talked to some wrestlers from the big city who wondered why the hell did this 19 year old kid not be a wrestler if he wasn’t in college.
And thus the foundation was made for a hell of a wrestling career.
Fast forward 27 years later and “Payne Train” has had a hell of a legacy for him. He’s wrestled on every continent but Antarctica, in front of crowds ranging from the tens to the tens of thousands, raised a family, and has long since made enough cash to retire on and is working on the tail end of his career right now. A free agent from his last wrestling promotion EWE gave him the best offer short of competing internationally and while he doesn’t know how many years he’s got left as a wrestler he’s giving it all he’s got as an athlete.
Extra information that you want the commentators to mention?: Jamal's "Freight Train" nickname stems from his physical power and surprising mobility. He's mentored some heavyweights in the industry as well over his near three-decade career.
